About the Role:
Job Summary
The Digital Health Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing digital health initiatives across multiple platforms such as Epic, Kyruus, and PressGaney. This position is responsible for utilizing digital tools to design, track, analyze, and improve digital campaigns and strategies to ensure they align with the company's business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of both the technical side of digital health technologies and how they integrate with operational workflows and user experience. The Digital Health Analyst is expected to evaluate situations or data with a deep, analytical approach and balance both technological capabilities and real-world implementation needs. Additionally, this role requires continuous learning and adaptability, as new technologies may need to be understood and evaluated for their value and impact on the business. While the primary focus is on analysis, the Digital Health Analyst may also take on light project management responsibilities and coordinate with internal and external teams to drive project success.

Licensure or other certifications:
Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience required.
Minimum Experience: 5+ years experience with digital health related platforms, telemedicine or similar field.

Job Specific and Unique Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Works collaboratively with system users, technical staff, other IT groups and vendor support resources in solving complex problem
Leads project and develops/executes the NGHS project management methodology for a business application project
Works at direction of Digital Health Director to assist in implementation and maintenance of digital health platforms
Follows system testing protocols and partners with IT teams to support standardized methodology for testing major system functions before system changes/upgrades are moved to production environment
Follows system training protocols and partners with IT teams to catalogue support materials related to implementation of
system changes like routine updates, troubleshooting, issue resolution and product enhancement
Coordinates resources as appropriate on user requests for changes, enhancements, additions, etc. to ensure feasibility, quality and
appropriateness for the system involved
Develops an understanding of customer operations/department operations and systems
Partners with the IT Business Intelligence and Data Analyst teams to discuss reporting needs, and identify and develop reporting tools and dashboards for users, leaders and overall program
Partners with department leaders to redesign processes and maximize the use of digital health tools
Provides exceptional customer service to external/internal requests
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Works with IT project managers and analyst teams in implementations of new systems, system upgrades and enhancement of current system functionality
Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
