The role you’ll contribute:

 

Manages the daily operations of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) department.

 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

 

·       Manages the design, planning, budgeting, marketing, implementation and evaluation of CME activities, including assessing outcomes and evaluating requests for CME sponsorship from internal and external sources.

·       Ensures that the CME program is in compliance with all regulatory standards and criteria in order to maintain state accreditation. Collects and analyzes data. Prepares reports on program accomplishments and finances.

·       Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.

·       Presents at conferences, workshops and on-site meetings. Develops new educational products/services.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION:

·       High school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience required or

·       Associate’s degree required or

·       Bachelor’s degree required

·       Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in ISMS/ACCME accreditation management preferred

 

EXPERIENCE :

·       5 years of related experience required

·       1 years of leadership or management experience preferred, 3 years of leadership or management experience strongly preferred

·       Continuing medical education experience of an ACCME accredited CME program preferred
