OverviewThe ED Patient Registration Representative plays a pivotal role as part of the Revenue Cycle Operations team when interacting with patients and registering them for their care. The ED Patient Registration Representative accurately performs a variety of administrative duties required for patient registration including entering essential demographic and insurance information, collecting copays, obtaining required signatures, and resolving errors on accounts before they are sent for billing.
