Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has an immediate opening for a therapeutic gastroenterologist available in the Department of Internal Medicine. As we are seeking candidates at all ranks, this academic gastroenterologist position will fill a tenure track position in the GI Program and Department of Internal Medicine at Roswell Park.
We are seeking a board certified gastroenterologist with advanced endoscopy training to join our expanding GI program and contribute to the clinical care of patients with GI malignancies as well as GI complications from other malignancies. Endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP skills are required. The ability to develop collaborative clinical/translational research programs with surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and other scientists at the institution is welcomed.
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, America's first cancer center, founded in 1898, is located in Buffalo, New York and is the only upstate New York facility to hold the National Cancer Institute Comprehensive Cancer Center designation and membership in the NCCN.
Salary range is $550,000-$649,238 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Education and Experience:
License and Certification Requirement 1. License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York. 2. Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in General Internal Medicine, Family Practice or other related medical specialty. Education and Experience Medical Doctor degree in the field of General Internal Medicine.
NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
