Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients. Ensures smooth patient flow throughout the day by coordinating the CT schedule. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in QAPI activities. Monitors competency of all personnel. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while ensuring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• High school graduate required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required
• Current State of Montana License for Radiologic Technology required
• At least three (3) active years in a department with diagnostic and CT procedures experience
• A least one-year experience in management/supervision preferred
