WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will practice quality medicine, is friendly and caring, and will provide excellent patient care to join our group at Franciscan WorkingWell in Carmel, IN. Our WorkingWell facilities offer patients access to Occupational Health and HEALTHeACCESS Direct to Employer services as well as ExpressCare urgent care services.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills with strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Provider will display exceptional interpersonal skills while working collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays
- Average outpatient volume: 3 - 4 patients treated per hour
- Must be DOT Certified or willing to become
- Great collaboration with other Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Occupational services include physicals, work comp injury, and surveillance testing
- Primary care and chronic care management including acute illness and injury
- Potential outreach to Indianapolis and surrounding areas
- Electronic health record system customized for urgent care
- Lab and X-Ray onsite
