Nurse Practitioner needed in Oregon for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and OR state license. Shifts will be 3-4 shifts per week: 8 am - 5 pm. Will see 20 patients per day and patient population is 2 years old - adult (primarily seeing 15 years old - adults). Must be comfortable with preventative health and wellness assessments along with chronic disease management. Support staff includes 3 DO's, 2 NP's, every provider has an MA, in-house referral coordinator, biller and coder.
