The Cook Children’s Heart Center seeks to hire a Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist. Candidates should have three years of General Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship, as well as specialty training in Pediatric and Adult Congenital Interventions. Candidates should also have experience in general pediatric cardiology, both inpatient and outpatient, as well as a strong commitment to patient care.

Join an 18-person Cardiology group consisting of 2 Adult Congenital Cardiologists, 2 Invasive Pediatric Cardiologists, 3 Electrophysiologists, 4 noninvasive Cardiologists, and 7 Noninvasive Imaging Cardiologists with ability to do fetal echocardiography, TEE, MRI, and 3D imaging including a fully functioning in-house 3D print lab.
Our integrated heart center consists of 2 cardiac catheterization labs, 2 cardiovascular operating rooms, a dedicated CVICU, and echo labs with full digital capability. The lab is completely integrated with all outreach clinics with ability for real time review of studies. Our CV surgery team performs 450-500 cases each year and our cath lab is on track to perform over 600 cases this year.
Clinical research in your areas of interest is encouraged and supported through the CCMC IRB and grant writing office, but not required.

In addition to the main Fort Worth campus, other Cook Children’s ...locations include multiple regional specialty clinics, urgent care centers, neighborhood health centers, primary care offices, surgery centers and home health offices. In 2019, Cook Children’s expanded to provide services to families in Prosper, Texas. In 2022, we opened the Prosper medical center and additional services offered include primary care, ambulatory surgery, urgent care, specialty care, imaging, outpatient laboratory services and retail pharmacy opened in 2022.
