Job DescriptionJob Summary:Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit-The Requard Center for Acute Rehabilitation Directs and supervises performance of nursing, patient care techs, admission liaison, outcomes coordinator and administrative support.Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation, the role works in partnership with Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Manager, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, Hospitalists, Consulting Providers and Case Management personnel in dynamic Inpatient Rehabilitation environment to support functional outcomes for patients receiving both medical care as well as inpatient rehab level rehabilitation services.Drives the operational care of the unit ad
