Job Summary
As Nursing Manager II Abdominal Transplant, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days including working with the night and weekend shifts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of three years' professional experience is required for this role.
RN licensed.
You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
PREFERRED: Transplant Nursing experience
