The role you’ll contribute:
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor is responsible for Nutritional Services registered dietitians, registered dietitian specialist, infant nutrition techs, and the corresponding provision of clinical nutrition services.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
·Identies and prioritizes expectations of individuals and the team. ·Ensures compliance with pertinent federal and state regulatory requirements related to food and nutrition services. ·Responsible for the provision of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic’s Nutrition Care Process to include assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring. ·Observes staff in their work areas to routinely monitor employee interactions, provide feedback, and learn about problems they encounter. ·Uses professional, technical, and support personnel appropriately in the delivery of customer-centered care or services in accordance with laws, regulations, and organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Bachelor’s degree in human nutrition, dietetics, or nutrition related field. ·1 Clinical nutrition experience.
