Clinical Nurse - Colorectal Program
Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is hiring an experienced nurse to help our kids who are in the Colorectal Program. This position will work side by side the doctors and NPs who specialize in this area. The primary responsibilities will be to educate the children and families of the program, show them how to flush a temporary cecostomy tube; how to irrigate the cecostomy tube following the procedure; what supplies are needed, how to keep the area clean, and when to call a doctor. This position is 4/10’s, and you will be working in our clinic offices at the Thomas location.
