The facility offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including 24-hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women's services, and surgical specialties.

 

General Description of the Job Class

Case Management RN is responsible for promoting quality, efficient resource management and cost effective outcomes in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary team, the patient, the family and external entities. Responsible and accountable for coordination of discharge planning, implement utilization management functions and case management of high risk medically complex patient across the continuum of care.

Experience

Two years of medical/surgical RN experience required. Crisis intervention work experience preferred.

 

Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification

Unrestricted NC RN License or same from a compact state.
