WittKieffer is delighted to partner with Gillette Children's as it seeks a relational, strategic, and results-oriented leader to serve as its next Vice President of Hospital Operations/ Chief Nursing Executive.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, the Vice President of Hospital Operations/Chief Nursing Executive collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer and is the dyad partner to the medical directors for Anesthesia, Surgical Services and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
This leader will play a critical role in ensuring quality of care, patient safety, patient and family satisfaction, staff and provider engagement, and appropriate growth of revenue through various strategies and tactics. This position is strongly oriented towards establishing a consultative, proactive business partner role with the Executive Leadership Team. Ultimately, this leader will ensure that Gillette Children's fulfills its mission, adheres to its core values, and strives for a world where every child can create their own story.
Qualifications: - Master's degree in nursing (MSN), Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), Healthcare Administration, Business, or related advanced degree. If the master's degree is not in Nursing, a BSN in Nursing is required. - Current RN licensure. - A minimum of five years of experience as a nurse executive leader.
