We are seeking an experienced Transplant Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to serve within this specialty assisting both clinically and academically as you will have the opportunity to precept pharmacy residents & APPE students. Highly supportive environment with other transplant pharmacy team members.
This role offers very competitive compensation along with a full time, fully benefited M-F no weekends or holidays schedule. Up to $30K available in Sign On and Relocation monies. All applicants must have, at minimum, either 3 or more years of related current or recent transplant pharmacist experience or a PGY2 in Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy (happy to consider current PGY2 residents). Please note - you do NOT have to have heart-specific transplant experience to be considered. A PGY2 in Solid Organ Transplant is preferred but not required to be considered.
