Team Health is seeking a Site Staff Physician to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of occupational medicine in partnership with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative occupational medicine care systems and processes for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Collaborate with Team Health and New Jersey Turnpike Authority leadership to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in medical services.
Serve as a primary medical services provider, delivering exceptional care to employees of the
New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Play a key role in developing and coordinating quality assurance standards and professional medical protocols with and for other Team Health physicians and mid-level providers.
Promote the practice of occupational medicine according to the highest ethical standards and in accordance with the specific needs of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

Requirements Include
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
Completion of an accredited residency program in Occupational Medicine or comparable areas such as Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or experience treating acute work-related injuries.
Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License.
Strong understanding of worker's compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Passionate about patient care and improving healthcare delivery.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
