Team Health is seeking a Site Staff Physician to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of occupational medicine in partnership with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative occupational medicine care systems and processes for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Collaborate with Team Health and New Jersey Turnpike Authority leadership to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in medical services.
• Serve as a primary medical services provider, delivering exceptional care to employees of the
• New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Play a key role in developing and coordinating quality assurance standards and professional medical protocols with and for other Team Health physicians and mid-level providers.
• Promote the practice of occupational medicine according to the highest ethical standards and in accordance with the specific needs of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

Requirements Include

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Occupational Medicine or comparable areas such as Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or experience treating acute work-related injuries.
• Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License.
• Strong understanding of worker's compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Passionate about patient care and improving healthcare delivery.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
