Hospital-employed position with a premier health system in Northwest Pennsylvania
5-on/5-off day block schedule; 10.5-hour shifts
Closed ICU and no procedures
Large hospitalist team during each shift plus assistance from APPs
Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2025 residents
H-1B visas are welcome (cap exempt)

City has a 250k service area; centrally located 2 hours from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo
