Our large prestigious academic teaching hospital, located in the Boston area, is actively looking to hire a qualified AmCare Oncology Specialty Clinical Pharmacy Manager to provide expertise, vision, and department growth in this niche area of pharmacy. Their pharmacy leadership structure provides you with plenty of support and opportunities for professional growth as they love to promote from within. This role will also oversee or delegate responsibilities of our PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency program.
The work schedule offers a convenient M-F day shift schedule with competitive compensation up to just below $200K depending on your experience level.
In order to apply, you must have, at minimum, a BCPS or BCOP plus you must have either completed a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency (or other relevant residency) or hold 2 or more years of equivalent experience. Must also have relevant formal or informal leadership experience. MA licensure must be obtained prior to starting in this role.
