$75k sign-on bonus; H-1B visas are welcome
$60k total retention bonus (paid $20k at the end of years 1, 2, and 3)
Quality bonus up to $50k annually (eligible upon earning base salary)
33 days of time off; 5 days of CME time with a $6k annual stipend
Pain injections with no pain med management
Procedures done in an ambulatory surgery center in town
Town of 15k that's 30 minutes south of Mattoon
