Position Highlights
We are looking for full-time or part time physicians to join our team
“Quality vs. Quantity Model” – Typically see around 20 patients per day
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
Dedicated support, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license
Scheduled weekly administrative time
This position does not require call or urgent care shifts
Primary Responsibilities
Supporting and assisting physicians with clinical care and task queue/inbox coverage at our group owned site
Duties including but not limited to:Rx refills, lab and radiology result verification, primary care clinical management (preventative, chronic and acute disease management, post discharge hospital and skilled nursing visits), referrals to specialists as needed
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
Active NP license
Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualifications
Medical Spanish or fluent Spanish required
1+ years of experience in Primary Care
For California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $110,040 to $139,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
