The Senior Executive Assistant role will provide high-level administrative help by preparing statistical reports, conducting research, organizing special projects, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions as needed. Helps division or entity SVP.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Supports Senior Leaders and Medical Staff Leaders in the Hill Country Market
Coordinates office and meeting schedules for Senior Leadership and Physician Leaders
Provides support to the Hosptial Advisory Board; scheduling meetings; Maintains board profiles, taking minutes; drafting agendas; Interfaces with corporate governance.
Supports Market-wide initiatives including the Daily Safety Update, Huddle Rounding schedules,
Assists with market compliance efforts including Physician Accommodation Reporting; logs Community Benefit activities; facilitates community grants.
Purchases supplies for the office including copier, paper, stationary, gifts etc.
Coordinates employee culture enhancement in the Market with employee Birthday Cards; Doctor?s Day events; Employee Activities Committee, Town Hall Meetings
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
Knowledge of sorting/filing techniques and records retention policies to maintain accurate records.
Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy when completing multiple assignments.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information to various level of audiences.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of delicate and confidential information obtained through the course of completing assignments.

- EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience
Hybrid expectation:
On site at least 3 days per week with proven performance. 5 days per week for the first three months to get oriented.
