CNA Nursing Unit Secretary Resource Pool Job Summary:
Join our CNA Nursing Unit Secretary Float Pool team! As A Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. As a CNA in this role you will also assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
What is Enterprise Pool?
We have re-imagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
Enterprise Pool 1:
Base rate + $1.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
1 facility - preferred location/closest to home
At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.
Enterprise Pool 2:
Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
Must be able to travel to the 5 hospitals assigned
Enterprise Pool 3:
Base rate + $4.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.
Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Kansas, and Utah). Dependent on assignment, travel may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and lodging.

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified CNA Nursing Unit Secretaries will need the following:
Six months previous CNA experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Previous customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or GED required within one year of hire
Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
State registered CNA license required
BLS required
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holds
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
