Responsible for supervising practice office staff and procedures to maintain quality services and efficient operations. Principal Accountabilities:1. Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans2. Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants3. Conducts phone triaging 4. Oversees medication management 5. Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.6. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.7.Other related duties as
