HRIS Business Systems Analyst II (Hybrid)
OverviewOur Northwest Permanente Business System Analyst II in support of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team leads and manages large and complex human resources system projects to ensure that information applications are implemented, upgraded, and meet business requirements.This is a hybrid position that is a blend of working both remotely and in office. Must reside in the Northwest Service Region (Oregon or Washington).Primary Responsibilities: Apply HR business area expertise to define and frame complex, multi-dimensional projects, developing the goals, direction, methodology, work plan and schedule.
