JOB SUMMARYSTAR +PLUS Appeals Nurse assists in the review of medical records submitted for appeals by providers due to adverse determination. Utilize evidence-based criteria, regulatory guidelines and Medical Affairs departmental policies for medical necessity and level of care determination.
