JOB SCHEDULE
Full-Time OR Part-Time schedules available - option to work 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to provide patient and provider support by using ultrasound imaging technologies to aid in diagnosing and treating cardiac conditions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete timely and thorough vascular scans and documentation.
Accurate documentation and measurements for procedures performed and studies appropriately assigned.
Prepare paperwork for each study and ensure all necessary documentation is available.
Stock rooms, maintain a neat and clean working environment and ensure equipment is properly maintained and thoroughly cleaned.
Add on studies as requested by providers.
Monthly ICAVL reporting.
JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Education
Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility requirements for registry/certification or currently holds required registry or certification.
Level I - Must obtain ARDMS certifications as required by each entity within 18 months of employment.
Level II - Minimum of two years' experience as a Sonographer.
Level III A minimum of 4 years' experience within specialty modality in which they are seeking promotion.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
ARDMS/CCI certification in Echocardiography
ARDMS/CCI certification within 18 months of hire
BLS certification
