Our pharmacy department is looking for a knowledgeable IV/Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team in this capacity. As a vital part of the pharmacy leadership team, you will be providing guidance to ensure that our pharmacy IV/clean rooms stay in compliance with USP 797/800 protocols and provide training to our pharmacy staff in a semi-annual basis. Although this role is primarily administrative, you will be called upon to do some staffing as well on a more limited basis.

All applicants must have, at minimum, their Pharmacy Degree and 3 or more years of either official or unofficial clean room/sterile compounding pharmacy leadership experience. Those with strictly staffing level experience will not be considered. Must be willing/able to obtain a NJ license if one is not already held at time of application.
