The CNA is a non-licensed worker who may perform basic nursing services for patients as delegated by and under the direct supervision of the professional nurse.
Primary Essential Duties
Provides physical and emotional comfort and safety for patient
Assist with feeding and providing fluids to designated patients
Assist with patient ambulation, transporting or transferring patient using wheelchair or wheeled stretchers, and with moving and positioning patients
Accurately collect and record patient's temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, height, and weight

Qualifications
Current Idaho CNA certification listed on the Idaho State Nurse Aide Registry
BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
