We provide psychiatric care to geriatric patients who require inpatient hospitalization due to mental disorders like cognitive illnesses. Our 20-bed hospital will be adjacent to NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights, a 220-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
As Director of nursing, you will be instrumental in leading our clinical team to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of the Program and Hospital. Your role would be responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department(s), including all aspects of patient care, budgeting, staffing and quality assurance. Salary range based on experience: $95,000 - $120,000
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree of Science Nursing
Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in an acute care facility, including at least 2 years’ experience in the specialty area is required. Management experience is required.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Missouri RN license required. BLS through the American Heart Association required within 2 (two) weeks of employment; mandatory certifications for relevant requirements within 12 months of employment.
