Job Summary
This position provides professional leadership and statistical/administrative oversight to the Research & Sponsored Programs at Harris Health System, to include the direction and coordination of the operations of the Research Office, Federally-sponsored programs, the Harris Health System IRB, and Nursing Research at the district level.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree: Earned Doctorate
Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification required; if not held must be completed in two years.
Work Experience: Five (5) years experience in research administration and 3 years IRB experience
Management Experience: Eight (8) years progressive leadership experience in complex healthcare organizations
Communication Skills:
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills Required: No

Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C.
