ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Center for Virtual Health, providing care to adult patients in our Hospital at Home program.

- ChristianaCare Hospital Care at Home program enables patients to receive 24/7 hospital-level care from the comfort of their homes rather than in a hospital. Physicians treat and monitor patients through virtual visits via our telehealth platform.
- Join the collaborative Hospital Care at Home care team including physicians, advanced practice clinicians, paramedics and registered nurses.
- Program services include laboratory, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, PT, OT, EKG Services and medication delivery services. Patients can be seen in home by Advanced Practice Providers.
- Technology is provided by ChristianaCare Hospital Care at Home program to ensure that all patient information is accurately collected and that virtual visits are efficient.
