We are currently seeking qualified individuals for a Human Resources Director position for the HR Department within Kernodle Clinic. Key leadership position primarily responsible for strategic planning, directing and coordinating human resources activities, policies and programs for Kernodle Clinic. Oversight and management of three HR staff members.
All candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field. Five years of experience in Human Resources or a related field required. Experience in a healthcare sector preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications preferred. Candidates must possess and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to collaborate with individuals to develop strong working relationships. Must possess strong communication skills and be able to present information within group settings.
Duties Include, but not limited to the following:
Oversight of hiring and onboarding new employees.
Develops and implements HR policies.
Ensures company remains in compliance with laws and regulations.
Collaborates with Senior Leadership Team and Physician Board Members to align HR policies with company’s strategic goals.
Plans and executes HR functions strategically, such as compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, occupational safety, employee communications and employee relations.
Develops and manages the budget for the human resources department.
Collaborates with Department Supervisors to determine headcount budgets and staffing needs.
Provides assistance and guidance to department supervisors regarding Human Resources issues.
Collaborates with Department Supervisors on disciplinary and termination processes.
In collaboration with the Administrator, plans and administers the wage and salary programs.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all Human Resources issues and records.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Five years Human Resources experience preferred
PHR or SPHR preferred
Five years of Human Resources experience in a medical field
