Located in Jersey City, New Jersey - Jersey City Medical Center’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine has specialized in high-risk pregnancy care, driven by our steadfast mission to improve the health and safety of pregnant women and their babies. The labor and delivery and maternity units are housed within the medical center. It is attended by obstetrics and gynecology specialists and subspecialists who provide routine and high-risk obstetrical care for over 2000 deliveries annually. JCMC is the regional perinatal center for Hudson County.
The individual in this position will be an integral member of the core faculty in the division of MFM. They will participate actively in the residency program and contribute to the research and scholarly work within the department.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished physician leader in the community. A track record of teaching and research work would be highly preferred. They will work alongside the Director of the Division and Chair of the Department and focus their efforts to achieve a tripartite mission of excellence in clinical care, research, and education.
Collaborative, multidisciplinary care: To provide individualized care based on each patient’s unique circumstances, we provide complex care coordination with specialists across our Obstetrics and Gynecology department, including obstetric anesthesiologists, neonatologists, critical care specialists and more.
State-of-the-Art Facilities: We have a Level III Intensive Care Nursery; we are the only hospital in Hudson County that can provide intensive care for both high-risk parents and newborns.

Candidate Requirements:
Experienced in treating medical complications, and assessing and treating fetal problems
BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
