Responsible for the first line supervision of a clinical treatment team of social work staff and students/ interns.Assists departmental management in evaluation of problem areas in clinical functioning. Makes recommendations regarding program and staff assignments to the department leadership.Approves staff requests for leave and arranges for adequate clinical coverage when team members are absent.
