UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC seeks a General & Bariatric Surgeon. UNC Health Surgical Specialists at Southeastern Health Mall offers a wide variety of general surgical procedures performed onsite, at UNC Health Southeastern and the Surgery Center at Southeastern Health Park. 

HIGHLIGHTS

· Excellent work life balance with 1:4 call and clinic hours M-Thur 8-5, Fri 8-12

· Joining three General Surgeons and one General/Bariatric Surgeon

• New Ambulatory Surgery Center with two GI suites
• Newly constructed $15 million dollar OR suite with endoscopy room

REQUIREMENTS

• Unrestricted MD/DO license in NC or eligible, ACLS, DEA
• BC/BE by the American Board of Surgery
• Subspecialty experience in bariatric surgery is preferred
• Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern
