The Director of Psychological Services is responsible for the clinical/administrative oversight and leadership for the Division of Psychology, ensuring high quality, evidence based, clinical, research and teaching services are provided. A "Division" is defined as a primary clinical unit of function in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. In collaboration with the Division?s practice/business leadership develops and fosters a culture that motivates and makes accountable all staff within the Division to pursue continuous improvement in clinical and administrative workflows that result in an exceptional patient/family experience. This position also contributes to business plan development that aligns with the overall vision and growth strategies of the Department and facilitates collaboration with other Divisions and Departments as appropriate to achieve strategic goals/objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of scientists, clinicians, and industry partners, with the goal of improving patient outcomes and transforming the field of child and adolescent mental/behavioral, developmental, and substance use conditions. The position reports directly to the Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.
Requirements:
? PhD or PsyD , ABPP certification required. ? Demonstrated experience contributing and overseeing evidence-based programs and clinical staff with a minimum 5 years preferred. ?Experience in grant writing, conducting research, and a strong publication history, 5 years preferred.
This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.
