Position Highlights
Collegial group practice with a large referral base
Established outpatient practice expanding due to increased patient volume
Our team includes 5 physicians and 2 dedicated advanced practitioners, 4 audiologists
Call is 1:7-8
Full Audiology, vestibular testing and hearing aid dispensing services offered
Main location will be in Worcester, additional locations could include Milford, Leominster, Southborough.
Established minimally invasive balloon sinus surgery performed with 3 in-office operating rooms for minor procedures
Robust allergy practice with testing, intradermal and sublingual immunotherapy
The dept is open to building the practice to accommodate any additional surgical procedures of your interest
Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license
State of the art Epic EMR system
Student and Resident teaching; and Research opportunity available if desired

Required Qualifications
BC/ BE in Otolaryngology
Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or willing to obtain
Active DEA License
Preferred Qualifications
Subspecialty interest a plus
Experience working within a Team Care model
Fluency in EMR systems & technology
