Overview:
32 hr/wk; 8a-5p, M-F. Surgical based office with occasional travel to satellite locations. Must have excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette and be able to multitask. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, phone triage, chart prep, scheduling testing and surgeries, maintaining daily duties of medical records importing and release of information processing, along with obtaining insurance eligibility and prior-authorizations. Associates degree or 1-2 years’ experience in a medical office setting preferred but not required. Associates degree helpful but not required.
