San Diego: We’re More Than Just Nice Weather
The sunny City of San Diego is the 8th largest city in the U.S. and the second-largest in California (after Los Angeles). You’ve heard about our fabled mild Mediterranean climate and gorgeous beaches - but there’s so much more to explore!
Our nightlife rivals Hollywood’s with the most notable names in music, comedy, and more at incredible venues. Enjoy a great night out with fine dining and entertainment at a historic theatre in the Gaslamp Quarter downtown, or bring your kayak to a concert at Humphrey’s right on the water.
Look no further for diverse cultural attractions, including the museums at Balboa Park, straight-to-Broadway performances at the La Jolla Playhouse, and the Flower Fields in Carlsbad.
Love the outdoors? Hike, golf, paddleboard, camp, surf, or stargaze - you can do it all in our amazing natural settings, from our inland deserts to local parks to the Pacific Ocean.
Cheers! San Diego is known as “America’s Craft Beer Capital” for its sizeable and growing number of small brewers.
