The Position at a Glance

If you’re an experienced Audiologist seeking a leadership role who enjoys enhancing the auditory health and well-being of patients and is seeking a friendly, patient-centric clinical setting, we’re looking for you to serve as our next Director of Audiology! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of audiologists and hearing instrument specialists, implementing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

You'll lead and inspire a team of audiologists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our audiology department and contribute to the overall success of our organization.  80% of the position's workload consists of direct patient care and 20% consists of leadership responsibilities.

Salary and Benefits

Minimum salary: $110,000 per year plus commission and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. An array of benefits with employer contributions are available to regular employees and their eligible dependents, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401k with employer matching, paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and personal business, and paid holidays.
