Mercy in Springfield, Missouri is recruiting primary care physicians with a specialty interest in patients aged 65 and older who want to build lasting and meaningful relationships, focus on wellness, improve quality of life, and make a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients! 

Fellowship training in geriatrics is not required.

• Manage a panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
• Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support

• In-person, virtual, or telephone encounters - annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
• Exceptional work/life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers
• 30 minute - 1 hour appointment slots for all patients - adequate time
