Reporting to the Unified Communications Manager, the Unified Comms Analyst provides management, implementation, development, adaptation, integration and enhancement of JAMF (MDM), Healthcare Listener, and iOS shared clinical devices.
In this role, you will:
manage the configuration, maintenance, and gold image of all UCLA based shared devices for clinicians and patients
manage daily changes, updates, patches, and upgrade to the system as defined by Unified Communication team policies
participate as a member of the Connected Health Team
facilitate and support other ISS unified communication systems and projects & updates SOP’s and training materials as requested
function as the team liaison to vendor resources related to above activities
develop & execute action plans to remove project barriers relative to the specific application build
This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least 10% of the time, or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500 - $227,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years in healthcare related organization
Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding workflows, policies, procedures, systems and culture in the application area
Bachelor's degree
Previous management experience and effective leadership skills
Prior iOS based MDM application management experience preferred
Prior experience with JAMF Preferred
Superior organizational skills and customer service orientation
Project management experience to manage project plan, lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts
Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design
Demonstrated skill in business process flow analysis and design
Prior experience with IT systems and systems development projects
Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus, lead group discussions and presentations to clinical and business operations leaders from across the organization
Ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment, and always engage in professional and ethical conduct
Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations
Must recognize problems, evaluate, and refer to the appropriate channels for action
