Role Purpose
Responsible for managing and leading enterprise-wide multi-interdisciplinary improvement and standardization projects and programs aimed at developing innovative, evidence based, patient and employee centric care processes and practices within BJC to transform culture and improve the safety and quality of patient care.
Responsibilities
Applies principles of patient safety, high reliability, performance improvement and human factors to manage and lead cultural transformation and standardization programs across clinical disciplines to meet the goals of Clinical Excellence within BJC
Researches evidence-based best clinical practices, existing workflows and innovative technology enablers to assist clinical performance improvement teams develop future care practices.
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts, System Committees/Groups, BJC Shared Services, Epic1 and HSO leadership to manage, design, problem solve and complete transformational program and project implementations throughout BJC
Communicates and implements new processes, practices and systems utilizing principles of change management and high reliability to include acceptance of processes by end users and on-going support to sustain.
Develops educational materials to support transformational change and include practices and processes in daily operations.
