Summary:
Responsible for organizing and scheduling leadership recruitment activities, under the direction of a Program Manager. The Project Coordinator will track the recruitment process, schedule meetings and interviews, make travel and dining arrangements to provide an overall excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists Program Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for recruitment projects.
2. Maintains communication with search committee chairs, search committees, and candidates to assure timely and efficient completion of recruiting assignments, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.
3. May escort candidates during onsite interviews.. May prepare presentation materials for search committee and Town Hall meeting.
Other Information
Education Requirements:
Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
Professional Experience Requirements:
If an Associate's degree, three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related support required.
If a High School diploma/GED, seven (7) years of experience providing project-related support required.
Work experience in a recruiting environment a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills including with emphasis on Outlook, OneDrive and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
