BSWH is expanding its Hematology and Cellular Therapy Division, and we are seeking a Hematologist-Medical Oncologist with interest in benign and malignant hematology and sickle cell disease to join our outstanding BSWH Facility in Temple, Texas. The practice is supported by 9 physicians, 3 APP's, Nurse and Clerical team. Three-year hematology/oncology fellowship program
Internal Medicine Residency
Majority of the role is outpatient with inpatient primary service and inpatient consult service split amongst the group throughout the year; averaging 2-3 times per year for each service.
Shift/Schedule - fulltime, 1.0 fte.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 admin half-day.
Call only when on inpatient service - fellow takes first call.

Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in Medicine
Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
Board-Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology from ACGME accredited program
