Position Summary

Requirements

• Licensed in the state of Washington as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of five (5) years practice in Occupational Therapy with two (2) years experience in an established hand therapy program
• Meets Hand Rehab Departments established Hand Therapy Clinical Specialist Criteria Eligible for Certified Hand Therapist Exam
