Social Worker (Homeless Program Coordinator)
The incumbent is an independently licensed master level clinical social worker assigned to the Mental Health Service functioning as the Homeless Program Coordinator for the Oscar G. Johnson VA Hospital. Duties include oversight of the Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program, the Contract Residential Housing Program, HUD-VASH Program, the VJO Program and the Transition and Care Management Program. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
